With a deep heritage in Harford County and the surrounding area, we want to help others develop their own roots here too. We established Streett Hopkins in 2015 to fulfill a need for a full-service local real estate brokerage. Our aim is to meet the needs of buyers and sellers, as well as tenants and landlords. Local Heritage

Chris Streett was born and raised in Harford County, graduating from C. Milton Wright High School. His local roots date back to the early 1700s, including his ancestor Colonel John Streett, who owned three thousand acres of Harford County above the Rocks of Deer Creek (called Streett’s Hunting Ground), and who also led the Harford County cavalry during the War of 1812 at the Battle of North Point.

Chris was a Baltimore City resident for the ten years following his graduation from Penn State University. He has since returned to Harford County with his family. His city residency affords him a broad base of local area knowledge that many agents lack.

Professional Realtor

Chris has been servicing buyers and sellers in the Baltimore Metro area since 2001 and has more than $140 million in sales. He is a full-time Realtor who focuses on customer satisfaction. Chris is very accessible, a must for success in the real estate arena.

Tim Hopkins, Realtor, GRI
Co-Founder, Broker

Local Heritage

Tim has deep roots in the local community. He was born and raised in Harford County, Maryland, where he grew up on a farm. He graduated from Bel Air High School and Towson University.

His family has been in the county since the 1600s. His grandfather was a county tax assessor. He comes from a family of horse lovers, including his grandfather, Victor Noyes, who owned and trained horses in the Long Green Valley and Bel Air areas. He currently owns thoroughbred racehorses.

Professional Realtor

Tim holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and has been a licensed realtor since 1981. From 1996 to 2015 Tim was the broker/owner of Harry Hopkins Company, a family-owned real estate firm founded in 1961. He has also owned residential and commercial rental properties in the Baltimore Metro region.

Geoff Close, GRI

Born and raised in Harford County. Graduate of Bel Air High School and University of Arizona. He Holds the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI) and is an Associate Broker. Member of the Board of Directors and past President of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Accolades include Realtor of the Year, Presidents Award, Lifetime Achievement Awards and Community Service Awards.

Geoff is the former Mayor of Bel Air (1982-1989) and former member and past President of the Harford County Board of Education (1998). Presently Geoff serves as the Chairman of the Harford County Planning Advisory Board.

Linda Wilson, Certified Residential Specialist

Linda has been specializing in property management since 1988. She loves bringing people the joy of finding a place they call home. Jonathan Blume Sales Person, Property Management

Jonathan Blume joined Streett Hopkins Real Estate in March 2018. He was born and raised in Baltimore County with many ties to the neighborhoods around him. He provides Transaction Management and Strategic Marketing services to his clients throughout Baltimore and Harford County. He is very dedicated to building strong relationships in his community to stay ahead of the curve as our market is continually changing. With the determination and dedication to meet any of his clients Real Estate needs, Jonathan is always available to listen and understand to succeed in meeting your goals.

Dick Kinard, GRI

Dick is a former owner of Auto Village, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Jeep in Bel Air, Md and is currently an Associate Broker with over 15 years experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and development. He is past director of Forest Hill Bank and served as trustee and foundation board member of the Harford County Public Library.

Gina Piscitelli, Sales Person

Gina has been licensed since 2016. A graduate of Towson University with a degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Raised in Harford County and resides in Bel Air.

Dan Fischbach, Sales Person

Baltimore County native, Daniel Fischbach, has many years of sales experience. He spent the last seven years working as a Verizon sales associate and team leader. He also has experience working with Nu Look Home Design as a salesperson, helping families update their home exteriors. He is a licensed realtor and is a member of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Daniel strives to create a personal experience for every client he works with.

Deanna Townsley, Sales Person

Deanna has been a licensed realtor since 2009. Currently a member of the Harford County Board of Realtors, Deanna has served clients in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County and surrounding areas. She enjoys working with both individuals and investors to meet their real estate needs. Deanna has experience with residential and commercial transactions, land acquisition, investor portfolios, and property management. She takes pride in giving clients an amazing real estate experience while striving to exceed each and every client’s expectations.

Rich Marts, Sales Person

Rich was raised in Bel Air and grew up in the Glenwood neighborhood. He graduated from Bel Air High School and attended York College of PA and the University of Maryland at College Park. Prior to joining Streett Hopkins, Rich has been in business for himself for the last 30 years both in Harford County and Ocean City, Maryland. When Rich is not involved in a Real Estate transaction or working the phones, he enjoys aerial photography. Recently, one of his photos was used as the cover photo for the 2018 Havre de Grace, Maryland Destination Guide. In addition, Rich also enjoys the game of golf and is a former PGA Professional and National Long Drive Finalist.

Rich is a member of the Harford County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. One of his most recent and memorable real estate clients is radio personality and celebrity “Ed Norris” of 105.7 “The Fan”.

Rich resides in Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace with his wife Colleen who just celebrated 30 years of service in the United States Army.

Tim Lozinak

I was born and raised in Churchville, MD.  I graduated from John Carroll High School in Bel Air and attended the University of Delaware. Prior to joining Streett Hopkins Real Estate, I worked with my family in owning/operating McDonald’s franchises across Harford and Cecil Counties.  My number one focus is always excellent customer service. When I am not working in real estate, I enjoy playing tennis with my friends, spending time with my fiancé, and spoiling my two dogs – Louie and Pixie.  We currently reside in Bel Air, MD.

Fred Debaugh

Decades of business experience in negotiating and implementing high value contracts allows me to give my clients concierge level service. My business background and knowledge of the commercial and residential real estate markets allow me to make transactions smooth and stress free for both my buyers and sellers. Many years of working with extremely time sensitive business transactions has honed my communications skills, and allows me to provide excellent service without being intrusive.

I’m a Maryland native and have lived in Harford County for over 25 years.

Sarah Cruikshank

Sarah is a licensed Realtor and member of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Sarah has lived in Harford County for almost 20 years. Before becoming a realtor, she taught physical education and was an Athletic Director in Harford County.
She enjoys building relationships with clients  as she helps them buy or sell their home.

        Zach Shelley

Zach Shelley is a life long resident of Harford County. Originally born and raised in Havre de Grace, but now resides on a small farm in Forest Hill with his wife and son. Zach enjoys all aspects of real estate, including residential, agriculutre and rental properties. Zach is a full time auctioneer and personal property appraiser. He has experience and knowledge in handling all areas of estates from start to finish.

Zach is an award winning auctioneer and will work hard to obtain top dollar for his clients whether across the auction block or a traditional real estate listing. He works 100 plus auctions a year selling real estate, cars, equipment and other personal property. Zach began auctioneering in 2007 and just recently obtained his real estate license in 2020.
